COVID-19 Policies

  • If you have a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19, please call us to reschedule your appointment, or consider a telemedicine appointment.

  • If you are unvaccinated, please wear a mask for your visit and make every effort to come alone. Any accompanying unvaccinated caretakers or minors must also be wearing a mask. Masks are optional for vaccinated patients.

  • If you have had a direct exposure to someone who has tested positive, please wait 14 days from the date of the positive test to reschedule your appointment.

  • For any patient who has received a positive test, we can see you in the office 48 hours after your last symptom has subsided (without the aid of medication).

Virtual Visits

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have continued to offer clinic visits and perform surgeries and procedures as necessary.

We are also offering telemedicine or "Virtual Visits" for select specialty care services that do not require an in-person appointment. The following are just a few examples of conditions and issues that can be evaluated through virtual visits:

  • Ear infections

  • Hearing loss

  • Dizziness or vertigo

  • Tonsil issues

  • Chronic sinusitis

  • Tinnitus (ringing in the ears)

  • Headaches
